Application scope

Inject a certain dose of the test substance intravenously into a rabbit and observe the increase in body temperature to determine whether the limit of pyrogen contained in the test substance is qualified. The ZRY-3 intelligent pyrogen analyzer fully meets the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia for this type of instrument. It can automatically detect changes in the body temperature of rabbits and is used for pyrogen examination of drugs, biological products, and pharmacological research of antipyretic drugs.

The maximum number of probes is 96, with each group consisting of 3 probes.

The probe has strong interchangeability and can be replaced during testing (for example, if a rabbit bites off the probe during testing, it can be immediately replaced with another probe to continue testing and ensure accuracy).

The probe has long-term stability and generally does not need to be recalibrated for several years after factory calibration, as long as it is regularly verified.

The powerful optional printing function can print reports in the format specified by the unit, and even print them on the unit's report paper.

The software is equipped with testing methods specified in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, pharmacopoeias of various countries around the world, and biological product regulations, and can also set its own testing methods.

The multitasking software operating environment can simultaneously detect multiple samples, and the flexible grouping function ensures the timing of grouping and injection. Two operators can easily group and inject at any time.

Equipped with a probe calibration box to make probe calibration more convenient and accurate.

The low-power design of the whole machine makes it possible to work for a long time using batteries.

The instrument is equipped with an intelligent power supply and has automatic charging and maintenance of the battery during normal operation.

During a power outage, work can continue for at least 5 hours to ensure that the test can be completed.

The instrument adopts an 8-inch color touch screen operation, which is convenient and intuitive. It can also be plugged into devices such as keyboards and mice for easy input of more content.

A reliable operating system and software platform adopt an automatic protection system, which automatically restores the original state of the system every time it is turned on, and is not affected by viruses. It can be set that a USB flash drive cannot be used, and the detection data can only be backed up using the USB flash drive after entering the password.

Equipped with an automatic monitoring module for temperature and humidity in the animal room, it can automatically monitor and record changes in temperature and humidity in the animal room, or manually input without using the automatic function.

Equipped with an automatic data input device, connect the electronic scale to input the rabbit weight, rabbit number, and installation location number into the instrument software through the detection network. When the rabbit is caught and put on the shelf in the animal room, the weight of the rabbit will be automatically weighed. Enter the rabbit number and select the installation location.

Equipped with a medicine preheating box, the medicine used for experiments can be preheated in advance to avoid the stimulation and sudden drop in body temperature caused by the injection of supercooled medicine into rabbits.
